Version 2: Rise of the Footdar?

So, after a sound trouncing of version 1 of my list, which wasn't a bad list considering I don't know the 40k meta at the moment, and I'm mostly a fantasy player, I've decided to try something different. I keep hearing that footdar is quite good these days, and with me wanting to stay away from the internet spam of wave serpents, which are insane, I'm going to try out this footdar list. It's troops are very fragile but they serve a dual threat purpose. The monsters are playing the "look at me I'm a target" while the scorpions play the counter attack role. I really liked how they performed in the game even against fully mech so they stay in. I liked the dire avengers and I like the idea of hiding bikes til late game and taking objectives. and my footseer actually survived to be one of the last models shot off the table.

Wraithlord (160pt.) Flamer (x2); Bright lance;Bright lance;

3x - War Walker Squadron (210pt.)

So, very "magic-y" with the warlock going into whatever guardian squad the farseer doesn't go into, the spirit seer goes in either the DA squad, or the wraithguard depending on opponent, but more than likely he'll be chilling in the DA squad and popping a 5+ cover save on em.
