After toying around with a few ideas in my head, and because the thought of dukat riding around in a klingon bird of prey in a few DS9 episodes appealed to me, I decided to build this fleet.

It's all power, two gank cards (Stasis field and Miles), Guaranteed hits, good defenses and just all around nasty.
I'll probably come up with a few more fleet ideas in the next few days as I get more and more thoughts and inspiration from the show :D
